Are you products suitable for vegans?

Yes. We do not include any animal derivatives in our products, therefore making them suitable for vegans.

Are your ingredients organic?

We try where available to use organic ingredients but we are conscious this isn't always possible for suppliers. We will always work with suppliers we trust to provide the highest quality ingredients.

Do you offer free samples?

We don't offer free samples. We have a miniature version of our cleanser and if there is demand in the future then we will consider adding sample sizes to our range to purchase.

How do I know what product is best for my skin type?

Our products are suitable for all skin types but we would always advise to not use on broken, cracked, open wound skin. We also advise always doing a patch test first.

Responsible Sourcing
We don't believe in green washing our customers. Where possible we will always opt for the more environmentally option but without sacrificing on consumer safety.
Our Borage, White Poppy and Lunaria oils are sourced directly from UK farmers.
Both our Hibiscus oil and Shea Butter comes from Ghana and supports social impact and fair trade community projects for women in local villages.

Packaging

How to recycle

All our packaging is kerbside recyclable but we always advise you to check with your local authority. We also advise reusing your packaging around the home too.

Recycle, Reuse, Refill
Our bottles comes in recyclable materials alongside our pumps and droppers. Please check with your local recycling plant for guidance. We try and reuse postal packaging where possible alongside ensuring it is recyclable too.
You may also choose to order one of our products with an aluminum lid instead. Please select this option when ordering.

Why don't you offer refills?

Consumer safety and product quality is of paramount importance to us. We feel that by people reusing pumps and droppers for extended periods of time, the risk of contaminating the product itself is higher and no one wants to apply potentially unsafe product to their face and body!

In addition to this, if there are still remnants of the product in the bottle/jar, this could affect the toxicology of the ingredients and increase the risk of adverse reactions.

We empower you by giving you the option of selecting different styles of closures and applicators to suit your needs/wants.
